The super cool Laurie Lindeen emailed me today to say she was going to play Mydols tunes on the Lori and Julia show in Minneapolis/St. Paul. That was thrilling to read.The Mydols will perform at the Minneapolis Convention Center at the end of the month. I am looking forward to seeing lots of family while I am there. My nieces and nephews have been so kind and generous--offering to put the band up and throwing get-togethers. Also the North Star Derby Girls have been so nice. I can't wait to meet them.
Today, I confirmed an appearance on Street Beat--a TV show on CW 50. And the C & G Newspapers called today for an interview. I also met the the good people at the Detroit Zoo to finalize details on Mamapalooza Detroit!
